If you forgot your password you can easily reset it, either via our website or app.
Our website
1. Browse to https://zutobi.com/au/forgot-password
2. Enter the email address that is connected to your Zutobi account
3. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email address (please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in the inbox)
4. You’ll be prompted to set a new password
Our app
1. Navigate to the login screen
2. Tap “Continue with email”
3. Tap “Forgot password”
4. Enter the email address that is connected to your Zutobi account
5. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email address (please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in the inbox)
6. You’ll be prompted to set a new password
If you find the email in your spam folder, mark it as “Not spam” or drag it into your inbox. This way future emails from us will not be marked as spam.
