I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot your password you can easily reset it, either via our website or app.

Our website
1. Browse to https://zutobi.com/au/forgot-password 
2. Enter the email address that is connected to your Zutobi account
3. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email address (please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in the inbox)
4. You’ll be prompted to set a new password

Our app
1. Navigate to the login screen
2. Tap “Continue with email”
3. Tap “Forgot password”
4. Enter the email address that is connected to your Zutobi account
5. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email address (please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in the inbox)
6. You’ll be prompted to set a new password

If you find the email in your spam folder, mark it as “Not spam” or drag it into your inbox. This way future emails from us will not be marked as spam.

How do I delete my Zutobi account?

If you’re not interested in our courses anymore, you can at any time delete your account. You can do so by either using our website or our app.

Our website
1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the account settings
3. Tap “Delete account”
4. Type the phrase from the prompt
5. A popup confirming your account deletion will appear. Your account has now been deleted

Please note that if you have an active subscription which was purchased in the app, you need to cancel it separately (see “How do I cancel my Zutobi subscription?”).
