How do I cancel my Zutobi subscription?

If you’re not interested in our courses anymore, you can at any time cancel your subscription. The cancellation procedure is different based on how you purchased the subscription.

If you started it in our iOS app

If you started it in our Android app

If you started it on our website
1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the account settings
3. Tap “Manage subscription”
4. Tap “Cancel plan” and confirm if prompted

How do I cancel my trial?

You cancel it the exact same way you cancel a paid subscription (see “How do I cancel my subscription?”).

Where can I see my subscription details?

Depending on how you subscribed you view your subscription details differently.

If you started it in our iOS app
Open this link on your iPhone or Mac and check if you have an active Zutobi subscription. If you can’t find it in the list, either you don’t have an active subscription or it is not connected to the Apple ID you’re currently using.

If you started it in our Android app 
Open the following link and check if you have an active Zutobi subscription. If you can’t find it in the list, either you don’t have an active subscription or it is not connected to the Google account you’re currently using.

If you started it on our website
1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the account settings
3. Click on “Manage subscription”
4. The subscription details should now show

I’m a subscriber but don’t have full access to the courses

Start by ensuring that you are using the correct account (i.e. the account that purchased the subscription). If you are and still can’t access the courses, please follow these steps.

If you started the subscription in our iOS app
Open this link on your iPhone or Mac and check if you have an active Zutobi subscription. If you can’t find it in the list, either you don’t have an active subscription or it is not connected to the Apple ID you’re currently using.

If you find an active Zutobi subscription in the list you unlock the courses by doing the following:
1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the purchase screen (this can be done by tapping on a locked lesson or by going to “Settings” and then tapping “Upgrade to PLUS”)
3. Tap “Restore” in the top right corner of the purchase screen
4. The courses should be unlocked now. If not, please contact the Zutobi support team

If you started the subscription in our Android app
Open the following link and check if you have an active Zutobi subscription. If you can’t find it in the list, either you don’t have an active subscription or it is not connected to the Google account you’re currently using.

If you find an active Zutobi subscription in the list you unlock the courses by doing the following:
1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the purchase screen (this can be done by tapping on a locked lesson or by going to “Settings” and then tapping “Upgrade to PLUS”)
3. Tap the text “Restore” in the top right corner of the purchase screen
4. The courses should be unlocked now. If not, please contact the Zutobi support team
