The Zutobi Pass Guarantee

How the pass guarantee works

Complete the Zutobi course, take your official learners test, and if you do not pass, claim a full refund of what you paid for Zutobi Plus.

You have 45 days from starting your subscription to take the official test, and 14 days after a failed result to claim. Every paid Zutobi Plus plan is covered.

What you need to qualify

• You completed the full Zutobi course before taking your official test.
• You took your official learners test within 45 days of starting Zutobi Plus.
• You did not pass that official test.
• You claim within 14 days of your failed result, as the person who paid (claims are not transferable).

How to claim your refund

Email support@zutobi.com with the following:

1. A screenshot showing you completed the Zutobi course.
2. Your official failed learners test result.
3. Proof of your Zutobi Plus payment.

Most claims are reviewed within 5 business days.

Zutobi reserves the right to change the terms of this guarantee at any time.
