The only thing that will reduce your BAC and sober you up is time. Exercising, eating, drinking water, or sleeping doesn’t increase the rate at which your body metabolises alcohol. It may take more than 18 hours to get back to 0 BAC after a heavy night of drinking (many are arrested for drink driving the day after).
