  • Who teaches the lessons?

Each instructor goes through rigorous hiring and training programs. Rest assured that you’re training with the best.
  • How many lessons will I need?

For most students, a few lessons is all they need, and they do the rest of the mandated driving hours with their parents. Other students want more lessons (or lessons in between parent lessons) to address any persisting issues.

Remember that parents can sometimes pass on bad driving habits without even realizing it, since they aren’t professional teachers. Here is a guide detailing the pros and cons of parent-taught vs professional driving lessons, and a helpful guide parents can use for better at-home lessons (+ tips for lesson setup).
  • Do I get feedback after each lesson?

Yes. You'll receive a post-lesson report showing what you’ve mastered and what needs more work. This way, you know what to focus on and can have more productive lessons at home.
  • Do you offer lessons for adults?

Yes, drivers of all ages can take lessons and get a personalized program based on their needs.
  • Do you offer home pickup and drop-off?

Yes, home pickup and drop-off are included with your lesson. You’ll confirm your pickup address when you book online.
  • How soon can I start lessons after getting my permit?

You can begin driving lessons as soon as you have your learner’s permit in hand.
  • Can I take lessons even if I already have some driving experience?

Absolutely, each lesson is tailored to your current experience level.
  • Can parents participate in lessons?

Parents are welcome during lessons, especially for teens. You’ll also receive a post-lesson report, guiding you on what to practice at home.
  • How can parents ensure their kid becomes a safe driver?

As a parent, your involvement is the #1 safety feature in your teen’s driving journey. That’s why we offer the Parent-Teen Training Guide, a step-by-step resource designed to take the guesswork out of at-home teaching.

Driving Test & Intermediate License FAQ

  • Will your lessons help me pass the test?

Yes! The primary focus in the driving lessons is on core driving skills first to make you a safe, confident driver, which is what you need for your road test! You can also schedule a mock test near the end of your lessons to ensure you're fully prepared.
  • What is an intermediate license?

The intermediate license is the next step in the GDL for teenagers and allows for unsupervised driving (with certain restrictions). It is available for drivers between the ages of 16 and 18 who have completed the permit phase.
  • What are the driving restrictions?

    • May only drive with one passenger in your vehicle for the first six months.
    • After the first 6 months, you may not operate a motor vehicle with more than 3 passengers under 19 and not part of your immediate family.
    • May not drive from 1 am to 5 am, except to or from school, work, or religious activity. This does not apply if you are accompanied by a driver over the age of 21.
