The CMSP Motorcyclist Training Course (MTC) helps newbies learn fundamental and advanced motorcycle skills to decrease accidents and improve riding experience. Completing the course exempts students from the DMV riding test. If you have a license but haven't ridden for a while, this course is also for you.
