Get certified for driving at the American Driving School, in business since 2005. You qualify for a "Certificate of Completion" after completing 24 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours of behind-the-wheel training. You can begin classroom instruction at 15 years and 5 months old without a permit, and get your permit at 15 and a half.
