I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot your password you can easily reset it, either via our website or app.

Our app
1. Open the app
2. Press “Login”
3. Tap “Forgot password”
4. Enter the email address that is connected to your Zutobi account
5. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email address (please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in the inbox)
6. You’ll be able to set a new password

1. Browse to https://zutobi.com/us/forgot-password 
2. Enter the email address that is connected to your Zutobi account
3. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email address (please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in the inbox)
4. You’ll be able to set a new password

Did you find the email in your spam folder? Mark the email as “not spam” or drag it into your inbox. You can also add Zutobi as a trusted contact so you’ll receive all emails from us in the future.

How do I delete my Zutobi account?

If you’re not interested in studying our courses anymore, you can at any time delete your account. You can do so by either using our app or our website.

Our app
1. Open the app
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Delete account”
4. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email address (please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in the inbox)
5. You’ll be automatically logged out. Your account has now been deleted

Our website
1. Login to your account
2. Go to “Settings” > “Manage account”
3. Click on “Delete account”
4. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email address (please check your spam folder if it doesn’t appear in the inbox)
5. You’ll be automatically logged out. Your account has now been deleted

Please note that if you have an active subscription that was initiated from inside the app, you also need to cancel your subscription (see “How do I cancel my Zutobi subscription?”).
