How do I cancel my Zutobi subscription?

If you’re not interested in our courses anymore, you can at any time cancel your subscription. If so, please follow the steps based on from where you started it.

1. Go to https://zutobi.com/us/login and log in to your Zutobi account
2. Navigate to the account settings
3. Click on “Manage subscription”
4. Click on “Cancel plan” and confirm if prompted

How do I cancel my trial?

You cancel it the exact same way you cancel a paid subscription (see “How do I cancel my subscription?”).

Where can I see my subscription details?

Depending on how you subscribed you view your subscription differently. If you subscribed in:

Our iOS app
Open this link on your iPhone or Mac. You’ll see a list of your active and expired subscriptions. Find the Zutobi subscription in the list and tap on it to see the details about it. If you can’t find it in the list, either you don’t have an active subscription or it is not connected to the Apple ID you’re currently using.

Our Android app 
Open the following link and check if you have an active Zutobi subscription. If you can’t find it in the list, either you don’t have an active subscription or it is not connected to the Google account you’re currently using.

Our website
1. Go to https://zutobi.com/us/login and log in to your Zutobi account
2. Navigate to the account settings
3. Click on “Manage subscription”

I have an active subscription but can’t access the course

The first thing you should do is to ensure you are using the correct account (the account that purchased the subscription). If you still can’t access the course, please follow the following steps:

Using our iOS app
Open this link on your iPhone or Mac. You’ll see a list of your active and expired subscriptions. Find the Zutobi subscription in the list and tap on it to see the details about it. If you can’t find it in the list, either you don’t have an active subscription or it is not connected to the Apple ID you’re currently using.

If you find an active Zutobi subscription in the list you can activate the course by doing the following:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the purchase screen (This can be done by tapping on a locked lesson or by going to settings and then tapping “Upgrade to PLUS”)
3. Press “Restore” in the top right corner of the purchase screen
4. All lessons should be unlocked now. If that’s not the case, please contact the Zutobi Support team

Using our Android app
Open the following link and check if you have an active Zutobi subscription. If you can’t find it in the list, the subscription is not connected to the Google account you’re currently using.

If you find an active Zutobi subscription in the list you can activate the course by doing the following:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the purchase screen (This can be done by tapping on a locked lesson or by going to settings and then tapping “Upgrade to PLUS”)
3. Press “Restore” in the top right corner of the purchase screen
