High winds will affect which vehicle the most?

Bicycles, motorcycles, or trucks are the most likely to be affected by high winds. Car drivers are not safe from side winds, but you are not as affected as the aforementioned vehicles. Vehicles are most likely to be affected by side winds on exposed roads, after overtaking large vehicles, or in gaps between protected areas.
