Carroll Watkins Driving School offers top-notch classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction for new drivers. As a family-owned business with 50 years of experience, we work hard to equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed on the road.

Drive Smart specializes in providing driver education to both adults and teens in the classroom and in the car. Their "Teen Learn to Drive Program" is approved by the Texas Education Agency and the Department of Public Safety. This program is designed to help teens become safe drivers and offers 32 hours of classroom and 14 hours of in-car training. Drive Smart also has bilingual male and female instructors, and FBI background checks are done annually. The program includes free DPS permit and road testing, and students receive a certificate upon completion. The "Adult Class" is a required six-hour course for those ages 18-24 or anyone over 18 in need of a driver's license. Lastly, Drive Smart offers a defensive driving class for ticket dismissal and insurance discounts in both English and Spanish. They also have clean facilities and well-maintained cars and invite potential customers to visit and discuss their individual driving needs.
